SPRING TURN-ON
We know it can be difficult to decide when to open your irrigation system for the year. The best way to make sure that your system is operating properly is to schedule a spring inspection with us.
We will turn your water on and check for any leaks that may have occurred over the winter. We will systematically run through all zones and check each sprinkler head for rotation and wiper seal leaks.
Pricing consists of a service charge, labor, and parts (if needed).
WINTERIZING
Turning your system off properly for winter is crucial for keeping it in good working order. Water trapped in your sprinkler system can freeze, causing damage.
When we come to winterize your system, we will shut off the main water valve. We will then hook air to the system and thoroughly remove water from all zones.
Pricing varies according to location and number of zones.
REPAIRS
Team Lakeshore performs all major repairs. Irrigation systems can be damaged by home additions, in-ground pools, and septic system work. For significant damage, we will be required to come visit the site first to determine the best approach for repair.
Of course, we also perform all basic repairs: head changes, damaged pipes, backflow issues, and more.

INSTALLATIONS
Our expert team installs your system correctly the first time! We use cutting-edge products and take the greatest care during installations. Darren will personally conduct your free estimate, meet at your convenience to go over all the options, and recommend what is best for you. A summary of your estimate will be e-mailed to you for your review. Steve will be happy to promptly answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Darren personally oversees every system installation on-site, to make sure your expectations are met and exceeded.
